GCCS produces an extensive range of GMP pre-qualified Pallet in Pallet shippers designed for temperature-sensitive deliveries. Our engineers have developed a complete line of off-the-shelf and pre-qualified temperature-sensitive shippers to multiple temperature ranges and transit profiles.

Models available to accommodate 1200mm x 800mm Euro Skids, 1200 x 1000mm Euro Pallets and 1190 x 1170 Australian and USA Pallet sizes.

The pallets are designed to fit in aircraft doors and perfect for reducing export costs. Our narrow body aircraft designs are perfect to short haul flights and direct deliveries without transiting through major hubs, reducing logistics times and negating risk.

GCCS specialise in custom-made sizes validated to any temperature and time profile to maximise distribution efficiency. Previous client projects show 10% to 30% savings in logistics costs and zero temperature excursions.

The shippers are fitted with safe phase change gel sleeves and delivered as a complete kit ready for conditioning and use.
