Shipping Policy

To ensure you receive your order as soon as possible and on-time we try to have all items in stock at all times, process shipping orders up until close of business, and use fast and reliable couriers. Once your order is dispatched we will keep you informed and to keep an eye on the delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

For deliveries within Australia we have 3 different sizes of shipping bags/boxes at a fixed fee (small, medium, and large). Depending on the quantity of the loggers the size will be determine.

How long does shipping take?

We’re pretty proud of how quickly we can pack and dispatch your order. We ship all orders from our office in Melbourne, so in most metro areas of major cities, you can expect your order within 1-2 business days. Outside of these areas, you should receive your order anytime within five days after the time of dispatch.

In-stock items ordered before 2pm on a weekday are dispatched on the same day, or within 24 hours if ordered after 2pm. For orders that cannot ship same day, we will notify you with a target shipping date.

Shipping Process

Once your order is received, processed, and packed:

  • We will send you an email confirming the courier and tracking or connote number.
  • We will keep check the status of your order and send you another email once we believe the item has been delivered. Check with your warehouse, inwards goods and/or reception.

For orders that are running late being delivered we request that you contact the courier.

Responsibility and Ownership

Once the goods are shipped they are your responsibility. By our Terms and Conditions, they remain our property until they are paid for. For expensive orders we suggest that you take the insurance option so that there is no disagreement as to who is responsible for a lost or damaged shipment.
