The holiday season is often a time for reflection on the year gone by.

It has been a difficult year for everyone, with uncertainty, lockdowns and working from home. The world is very different place now and sadly many of our staff and their families were also impacted. With more challenges ahead now is not the time to be complacent. We must continue to be vigilant and careful.

Global Cold Chain Solutions have done our part in the global pandemic recovery. We supported our clients and supply chain partners distributing the millions of COVID-19 vaccines across Australia, India, Europe and beyond.

We are proud to report we delivered on time, every time and developed new solutions to suit customer needs. Our management and team went above and beyond to fulfil every order. Our most sincere gratitude to all our employees for your part in the delivery of millions of vaccines, protecting millions of people and saving thousands of lives. We are so proud of you and the opportunity to help those around us and return to what matters most.

Against adverse conditions, supply chain shortages and time challenges, GCCS built four new manufacturing sites opening in Mumbai & Hyderabad in India, Bad Säckingen on the German/Swiss Border and Sydney, Australia. We have also invested in new, larger manufacturing sites in Melbourne and Ahmedabad.

We have also had significant developments this year in our product range, releasing a line of thermal blankets, vacuum insulated packaging (VIP), special shippers for transporting all blood products and qualification of pallets and shippers using PCM to replace dry ice. Our research and development team are busy working on more new and exciting things for next year.
